Basic Info BioWelcome to my livejournal. It's open and free for everyone to look at. I love friends so if you want to friend me and you are a nice person please go ahead.
My journal deals a lot with the fact that I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2007. I've had a mastectomy and a reconstruction since then and I am now going through chemo therapy (not fun!). Sometimes I whine about chemo, when I feel sick and have my head down the toilet, but I do try to keep a positive attitude as well. It makes me feel better if nothing else.
My life is thankfully not all about breast cancer. I'm a journalist, I love cats (the animals not the musical, though I have nothing against it) and The Phantom of the Opera, I can sing with an adequate voice though I should really get off my bum and call my singing teacher about starting lessons again, I love to cook and watch Gordon Ramsay yell the hell out of himself in his shows and last but definately not least, I got married last year.
And I love chocolate, fancy chocolate, the more expensive the better.
